The 2022 Initial Socioeconomic Registration (Regsosek) data entry activity at BPS - Statistics of Kuningan Regency, which was carried out from early January 2023, has been running for almost five weeks. Towards the end of January, when the implementation of the first month of entry phase 2 in 2023 was almost completed, Mrs. Irna Afrianti, S.Si ME, as the person in charge of processing activities at the BPS Level, Kuningan Regency, conducted an evaluation of progress, obstacles and problem solving for data entry / processing of the 2022 Research results.
The evaluation and briefing will be held on Friday 28 January 2023 in the main room of the 2023 Research and Research Processing Center, simultaneously in the middle of entry activities which have entered the validation and confirmation stages of various document filling anomalies which are deemed inappropriate.
In the Briefing which was attended by the Head of the Processing Team, Mr. Andriyanto, S.Si along with all the Entry Supervisors, the Head of BPS - Statistics of Kuningan Regency conducted inspections and direct interactions with processing officers and took inventory of various processing problems/obstacles both from a technical and application side, as well as from a non-technical aspect in the form of quality documents entered as well as the response of field officers (PPL, PML and KOSEKA) to confirmation and validation by processing staff.
Mr. Andriyanto, S.Si As Head of the Research and Research Processing Team at the Kuningan Regency BPS, conveyed that the progress and daily reports on the achievements of the 2022 Research and Social Sciences entry at the Kuningan Regency BPS were on the expected track. From the technical side of the application as well as Personal Computer and Network facilities, Mr. Dudi Mauludin, S.Kom and Mr. Abu Bukhori, S.Kom reported that technical and application constraints have so far been controlled and are considered not to hinder processing.
In terms of administration, Mr. Budi Setia Budi, S.IP, who was entrusted with handling administrative technical issues and progress reports, said that each processing officer has made a daily progress entry report as well as a report/list of types of errors/errors that are often encountered by processing officers. Finally, Mr. Asep Hermansyah, S.ST, who handles the global report on the implementation of research and research results processing at the Kuningan Regency BPS, expressed his readiness to make a general report on the implementation of data entry at the Kuningan Regency BPS.
At the end of the briefing session, Ms. Irna Afrianti, S,Sc.,M.E expressed her high appreciation and motivation and mandate so that the entry supervisors continued to work optimally in overseeing the implementation of data entry which must be completed on March 15, 2023 with clean program conditions and clean confirmation and validation also zero anomalies.
