While taking part in and carrying out various statistical activities in the Republic of Indonesia, especially in activities that involve or intersect with other agencies/ministries, BPS always prioritizes reporting and coordinating with various related agencies/agencies both before, during the implementation of statistical activities and after completion. these activities.
In fact, reports, permit requests and coordination are an inseparable part included in the Standard Operational Prochedure (SOP) for all BPS activities. This means that if these coordination activities and reports are not carried out, BPS will not hesitate to reprimand them, reminding them that they can even dismiss officers who carry out inappropriate activities or even violate SOPs.
Similar to the Susenas - Seruti activities in March 2024, the day after the end of the Susenas - Seruti field officer training activities, the field officers almost at the same time visited the sub-district office and village / sub-district office to coordinate with local regional authorities regarding the implementation of the Susenas SEruti activities in village/sub-district areas affected by the sample update and Seruti Susens Enumeration March 2024.
In this coordination, each officer consisting of Field Enumeration Officers (PCL) and Field Inspection Officers (PML) jointly faces the Subdistrict Head and Village Head or other apparatus representing them to submit notification of the implementation of activities, requests for permits and requests for assistance/support as well as recommendations for implementing activities in the subdistrict areas and villages/subdistricts selected as samples.
To strengthen the legality and legitimacy of the implementation of activities as well as for orderly administration in terms of correspondence and correspondence, each officer carrying out coordination is equipped with a Letter of Assignment, a letter of notification of the implementation of activities from BPS Kuinngan addressed to the Village/subdistrict Head who is also available to the Subdistrict Head, Regent and head of provincial BPS. And lastly, which is no less important, is the badge/name tag which contains the officer's identity which is equipped with a barcode which can be scanned to prove the authenticity of the officer's identity.
