World Children's Day is
celebrated every November 20. The day is celebrated to raise global awareness
of children's rights, their well-being, and to pay special attention to the
issues faced by children around the world, such as poverty, education, violence,
and exploitation.
The following is statistical data
related to children, namely the Pure Participation Rate (APM) by Education
Level in Kuningan Regency:
The Pure Participation Rate (APM)
in Kuningan Regency in 2023 has decreased slightly compared to the previous

means that almost all children in the age group that are suitable for
elementary schools in Kuningan Regency in 2023 will attend elementary school.
This decrease in APM shows a
setback in increasing educational participation at the elementary level in the
region.
However, the Pure Participation

the previous year of 79.63% at the junior high school (junior high school)

2023 who attend school at the junior high school level will reach 83.64%.
World Children's Day aims to
fight for children's rights to education, health, protection, and freedom to
live without discrimination. Today is also a moment to remind us all that the
future of the world depends on the well-being of the current generation of
children.
With the commemoration of World
Children's Day, hopefully children around the world, especially in Kuningan
