Socialization of Pre-Regsosek Data Collection in Pasawahan Subdistrict

Pasawahan Sub-District, which is located at the northwest point of Kuningan Regency and directly adjacent to Cirebon and Majalengka Regency, today, Monday, September 12, 2022, under the command and direction of the Pasawahan Sub-district Head, Mr. Asikin, S.IP, M.Si together with the Deliberation The District Leader held a Coordination Meeting for the Integrated Social Welfare Data at the Pasawahan District level which discussed the improvement and use of social welfare data in the Pasawahan District.

In the meeting which brought together all village heads / apparatuses throughout the Pasawahan Sub-District, the Pasawahan Sub-District Head also provided an opportunity for Mr. Usup Supardi, S.IP as the Coordinator of the Sub-District Census (Koseka) for the Initial Data Collection of Socio-Economic Registration (Regsosek) in Pasawahan Sub-District to convey information and socialize concerning the initial data collection program for Socio-Economic Registration which is carried out simultaneously in all regions of Indonesia.

It was also conveyed by Mr. Usup Supardi who is also an Organic Employee of the Kuningan Regency BPS about the aims, objectives of the scope of coverage and the benefits to be achieved from this Pre-Regsosek Data Collection. Considering that the Regsosek data collection mechanism uses a census system, which means that all families in Pasawahan sub-District must be recorded, in its implementation, quite a lot of field officers are needed. The basis for considering the number of officers who will be involved or recruited in this activity is the number of families to be enumerated.

The Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) in the Regsosek data collection determines that the number of families who are the burden of the task of a Field Enumerator (PPL) is 250 families. With this assumption, the number of PPl needed to enumerate families in Pasawahan District is 30 people. In addition to Field Enumerators, 8 Supervisors/Field Inspectors (PML) are also needed. Each PML will be in charge of supervising and checking the results of the work / results of the enumeration of 4 PPLs. Furthermore, there is also a District Census coordinator (Koseka) who will supervise a maximum of 8 PML.
