Document Selection for Kuningan Regency Regsosek Officer Candidates

Registration of prospective Field Officers for Initial Socio-Economic Registration (Regsosek) BPS Kuningan Regency, officially began on Monday, September 12, 2022. Broadly speaking, there are two stages of registration that must be carried out by prospective Regsosek Field Officers, namely online registration via the link http://linktr.ee/RekrutmenRegsosek and offline registration through the registration documents/requirements which are directly submitted to the Recruitment Committee for Prospective Regsosek Officers at the Kuningan Regency BPS office.

Based on the chronological order, the registration stages for prospective officers begin with online registration of prospective Regsosek Officers on the BPS SOBAT Application which can be downloaded for free on the Play Store. After successfully registering online, then the prospective officer is required to send the required documents to the BPS Recruitment committee which is located in the Kuningan Regency of BPS Statistics Office Hall.

Types of documents that must be completed by prospective officers include:

1. A letter of recommendation from the village head where the prospective officer resides or the place where the candidate officer will be assigned to enumerate.

2. Certificate of domicile from the local Rt/Rw management stating the correct place of residence of the prospective officer.

3. COVID-19 vaccination certificate

4. A statement of mastery of gadgets

5. Photocopy of last education diploma

6. Photocopy of identity card

7. Photocopy of BRI account number

To ensure the seriousness of prospective officers in fulfilling the requirements that have been determined, the Recruitment Committee is very strict by setting a knockout system for applicants who cannot complete the specified requirements file. The implementation aside from providing the Information Technology team who is responsible for regulating and managing online registration, the recruitment committee also forms a document selection team in charge of checking and taking an offline registrant inventory and the completeness of the submitted files.

Given the limited number and resources of BPS Statistics Organic Employees, especially the very limited Social Statistical Function, the Recruitment Committee involved several interns at BPS Kuningan district as the Recruitment Committee, where they were tasked with receiving registration files, taking inventory and inputting on the Google Form link. which has been provided.

For cases like this, the Committee still gives the registrant the opportunity to complete the lack of documents until the deadline for receiving documents, which is Thursday, September 15, 2022. If by the deadline for document registration there are still participants who have not completed the lack of documents, the committee will determine the candidate. the officer is declared resigned.
