Preparatory Meeting of the Kuningan Regency Regsosek Coordination Meeting

The implementation of the 2002 Socio-Economic Registration Initial Data Collection (Regsosek) is just a few days away. Various stages of preparation, consolidation and coordination both internal and external to BPS continue to be carried out. The formation of teams and coordinators has been carried out since the end of August 2022. Each team and coordinator who has indeed received tasks according to their respective fields has been tasked with preparing and carrying out what is indeed their responsibility.

One of the crucial stages and plays an important role in the success of the Regsosek implementation in Kuningan Regency is the socialization and consolidation externally to agencies and institutions as well as all stakeholders related to Regsosek 2022.

Based on the schedule that has been coordinated with the Regional Government, in this case, the Regent, whose attendance at the socialization is highly expected, it is scheduled that the External Socialization activity in the format of the Regional Coordination Meeting for the Socio-Economic Registration (Rakorda Regsosek) of Kuningan Regency will be held on Tuesday, the 20th. September 2022 starting at 08.00 at the Horison Tirta Sanita Hotel.

Preparing for the implementation of the Regsosek Rakorda, the Head of the Kuningan Regency BPS Statistics, Mrs. Irna Afrianti, S.Si, M.E along with all the Kuningan Regency BPS Statistics Organic Employees, held a recruitment process evaluation meeting and preparation for the Kuningan Regency Regional Coordination Meeting (Rakorda Regsosek).

The main issue discussed in the meeting which lasted for almost two hours was about all preparations, both technical and technical for the Implementation of the Regional Coordination Meeting for Regsosek at the Kuningan Regency level. Starting from the socialization, setting the three steps and the role of each BPS Statistics Organic Employee, ensuring the list of invitations, schedule of events and schedule of activities, resource material, including techniques and lay out the position of meeting participants as well as various things that will be part of the success of the implementation of the Regional Coordination Committee for Social and Economic Affairs later.

She hopes that all BPS Statistics Organic Employees can work together and collaborate in accordance with the roles and tasks that have been given for the smooth and successful implementation of the Regsosek Regional Coordination Meeting at the Kuningan Regency level which will directly or indirectly affect the smoothness and success of the Initial Socio-Economic Registration Data Collection Program in Kuningan Regency.
