Discussion of BPS Activities in 2024 and Plans for Implementing the Bureaucratic Reform Program

Starting the first day of the fourth week of January 2024, the Head of BPS's activity schedule is quite busy. After acting as a supervisor in the Monday Morning Rollover Activity starting at 07.30 WIB, Mrs. Irna Afrianti, S.Si., M.E. directly attended the Opening of the February 2024 National Labor Force Survey Field Officer Training (Sakernas) which was held online via zoom meeting media.

Apart from giving remarks and directions to Regional Instructors and training participants, the Head of BPS also officially opened a series of Sakernas Field Officer Training activities which will be carried out in a hybrid manner through online meetings for two days and followed by direct face-to-face meetings for one day.

Not long ago, after opening the Sakernas officer training event, the Head of BPS then withdrew from the Zoom Meeting room because she would immediately carry out the third activity of the day in the form of the Kuningan Regency BPS Leadership and Staff Meeting which was held at around 09.00 WIB.

The meeting started at around 09.10 WIB, opened by the Head of the General Subdivision (Kasubbag) BPS Kuningan Regency, Mr. Agus Awaluddin, S.Sos., M.M. The main topic discussed at the meeting was the discussion of BPS activities for 2024 and plans for implementing the bureaucratic reform program within BPS Kuningan Regency.

More specifically, the points discussed at today's meeting were:

1. Discussion of Activities for 2024.

2. Determine the mechanism for collecting social funds to visit employees

  BPS/family of BPS employees/Outsourcing Partners affected by disaster.

3. Determining action plans for sports activities and sharing knowledge with BPS employees Kuningan Regency in 2024.

Before ending the meeting, Mrs. Irna Afrianti, S,Si., M.E as chair of the meeting gave all meeting participants the opportunity to convey other issues that needed special attention and discussion for improving BPS Kuningan in the future.

On this occasion, Mr. Budi Setia Budi, S.IP from the IPDS Function, spoke about the progress of management monitoring of BPS partners who have passed the selection stage in 2023, totaling 1,134 people. of which approximately 150 of them were involved in several survey activities in various functions at BPS Kuningan in January.
