Kuningan, November 25, 2024 – Sampurasun Sobat Data, did you know that today, Monday, November 25, 2024, is National Teacher's Day?

National Teachers' Day is a day celebrated every November 25 in Indonesia to honor the role and services of teachers in educating the nation's life and making a great contribution to education in Indonesia.

Background National Teacher's Day coincided with the founding of the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) on November 25, 1945, which is a teacher professional organization in Indonesia. PGRI was established to fight for teachers' rights and improve the quality of education in Indonesia, as well as to provide a forum to fight for the welfare of teachers.

The theme for the commemoration of National Teacher's Day in 2024 is "Great Teachers, Strong Indonesia". The theme is a support for the spirit of learning, sharing and collaborating from great Indonesian teachers in serving the nation's children.
