Implementation of the Call Monday Morning BPS Kuningan Regency

One of the obligations of all State Civil Servants is to take part in the Call Ceremony or ceremony, both weekly and incidental. This is because apples are an indicator and benchmark for employee discipline levels.

Through the implementation of roll calls, every employee can instill a spirit of discipline to obey the rules that have been set. It is also hoped that by taking part in the roll call, each employee can manage their time and control themselves so that all their work can be completed well and on time.

As part of the ASN as well as in the context of implementing disciplinary values, today, Monday 22 January 2024, at the Hall/Agro Room of the Kuningan Regency BPS Office, all ASN within the Kuningan Regency BPS are carrying out the Morning Call offline.

Acting as Master of Ceremonies, Mr. Raditia Novidianto, S.ST., M.Stat while the Head of BPS Kuningan Regency, Mrs. Irna Afrianti, S.Si., M.E. acts as Apple Trustee.

In his speech, Apple's supervisor conveyed several things related to employee discipline and improving the quality of employee performance. Mrs. Irna also hopes that the quality of data produced by BPS will continue to be maintained and improved through quality improvement and supervisory control over the performance of officers from BPS partners.

Apart from that, discipline in filling in employee absences, dress code and uniform use according to the specified days and schedule as well as the cleanliness and comfort of the BPS work space and office environment are important things and need to be paid attention to.
